We have three rooms available for conferences and meetings including one specialist conference suite.

From the moment you step through the doors, you can be assured that our team will take care of every aspect of your booking because we understand that meeting your objectives is a priority.

Each meeting room can be adapted to suit your individual requirements from small and intimate to large and spacious, Catering for up to 240 delegates you will find something suitable. We can also provide a wide variety of audio visual equipment and a full catering service from teas and coffees, working buffets or waitress service.

THE MCDOWALL SUITE

The McDowall Suite is located on the first floor and is the largest of our meeting rooms.

With an entire wall consisting of windows, plenty of sunlight is let in and it also allows you to take a look at the stunning grounds. From conferences to dinner dances, this room is perfect for large numbers. We have a dropdown screen and built in projector and sound system, making it ideal for larger meetings and seminars.WiFi is available if required

THE DINING ROOM

The Dining Room is located on the first floor and can either be used as a meeting room on its own or as a breakout / reception room from the McDowall Suite.

An entire wall is made up of windows which looks out onto the grounds and lets in plenty of sunlight. Screens, projectors, sound systems are all available to be put into the dining room depending on your requirements. WiFi is also available

THE ESHER SUITE

The Esher Suite is situated on the ground floor making it easily accessible.

Made up by using partitioning walls, we can make the Esher Suite suitable for small to medium size events subject to the type of function you are hosting. For a small meeting Esher 1 is ideal. Wi-Fi and full audio visual equipment is available.
