Imber Court has teamed up with Roshan-Ara from Train Right for You (TRY) to provide two weekly Boot Camp sessions. Our evening session will be on Mondays at 7.30pm which will be held in our spacious upstairs function room. Our morning session will be on Thursdays at 9.30am which will be held on our Club House lawns that have great outdoor open sided marquees for cover in case of inclement weather.

Bootcamp Sessions

Join us for Bootcamp sessions that will work as many muscles as possible and leave you feeling energised. The aim of these sessions is to keep you healthy by improving your cardio fitness, muscular strength and ultimately, your mental and emotional well-being.

The exercises suit all levels of capability. If you are just starting out, together we will build you up. If you are already active, together we will ensure we challenge you more. Everyone is able to do each exercise in some form. You work at your level of capability and allow me to encourage you to do more.

Indoors & Outdoors

Our evening sessions will be held indoors in our large function room with plenty of room to socially distance. Daytime sessions will be held outside on our spacious Club House Lawns which also include open sided marquees for cover in case of inclement weather.

Costs of Sessions

All sessions for Gold & Silver Imber Court members will be complimentary and included as part of your membership package.

There will be an introductory offer for Bronze Imber Court Members that until the week commencing the 9th November all sessions will be free and thereafter will be £3 per session.

Non Imber Court Members can book and the cost of sessions will be £6
