Imber Court has teamed up with Roshan-Ara from Train Right for You (TRY) to provide weekly Bootcamp & Running Coaching sessions which will run on Mondays at 7pm and Sundays at 8am
Join us for Bootcamp sessions that will work as many muscles as possible and leave you feeling energised. The aim of these sessions is to keep you healthy by improving your cardio fitness, muscular strength and ultimately, your mental and emotional well-being.
Running Coaching Sessions
A session aimed at people who either want to get into running, get more comfortable with running or just run a bit faster! The session will include running technique tips, drills to improved speed and endurance, and the essentials of strength and mobility training to reduce the risk of injury. This is in outdoor / any weather session. All levels of capability welcome, you run / work at your pace. The session is designed to support, motivate and challenge you to do your best.
For both sessions - The exercises suit all levels of capability. If you are just starting out, together we will build you up. If you are already active, together we will ensure we challenge you more. Everyone is able to do each exercise in some form. You work at your level of capability and allow me to encourage you to do more.
The sessions are held on the field in front of Roshan-Ara's Train Right for You (TRY) studio at Imber Court . During winter, depending on the weather, sessions may be inside TRY studio.
Costs of Sessions
All sessions for Gold & Silver Imber Court members will be complimentary and included as part of your membership package.
Bronze Members £3 per session.
Non Imber Court Members can book and the cost of sessions will be £6
Please bring your own mats
