Imber Court has teamed up with Roshan-Ara from Train Right for You (TRY) to provide three Junior Bootcamp sessions. during this forthcoming Half Term. Taking advantage of our spacious grounds and excellent facilities our full day sessions will run from Tuesday 27th October through to Thursday 29th October. Registration is at 9.30am and will take place at the front entrance to our Club.
Junior Bootcamp Sessions
Stuck for ideas for half term? Imber Court Sports Club together with some of our resident sports providers are launching Boot Camp for Juniors. Our aim is to develop strength and endurance in kids by exposing them to training modes used for various sports. These are outdoor sessions for ages 8-14 year olds to experience and enjoy the many different ways to getting fitter in one place. The day will run from 10am to 4pm (arrival and registration at 9.30am at our Club House main entrance) and will include
· Running Technique & Strength session from Train Right for You
· Boxercise sessions from the Foley Boxing Club
· Football session from the Met Police Football Club
· Rugby session (non-contact) from the Met Police Rugby Club
Bookings are for the full day, and you can book for any number of the days available. Participants will need to bring their own water bottles and snacks. Lunch can be provided by Imber Court which is an option when you book but you are welcome to pack your own lunches. A change of clothes is advisable. The boot camp will run even if it rains, however we may seek some shelter under the marquees available if the weather gets out of hand. A detailed list will be provided once you have secured your space.
Costs: £30 for members, £35 for non-members
There will be a maximum of 20 juniors per group.
