A CLEAN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 
 
• We use recognised cleaning products and antibacterial cleaners, used by the NHS as part of our cleaning protocols. 
• We have increased the frequency of cleaning, paying close attention to high contact areas such as door handles and handrails. 
• Hygiene stations with hand sanitisers have been placed around our Club for customers and colleagues to use. 
• We actively remind all colleagues and guests to continually practice safe hygiene measures. 
 
We have taken further steps and employed the services of a professional facilities' management company. They have deployed an Ionic Chemical Spray across our Club which sanitises the entire environment creating a hostile tensive surface for all pathogens and bacteria preventing them from replicating, causing them to die off. 
 
This unique process electrically charges the sanitising chemical, enabling it to adhere to all surfaces throughout the workplace. 
 
The chemical disinfects and kills bacteria providing protection for up to 28 days. 
Social Distancing 
 
Imber Court is a large indoor and outdoor venue giving us the ability to safely socially distance without impacting on your comfort and enjoyment. 
 
We have created one-way flow systems. 
 
Where possible, we have created separate entrances and exits to our Club. 
 
We have installed signage across our Club to help you keep a safe distance from others. 
 
We have revised our event layout styles to accommodate social distancing. 
 
Recommendations to travel alone will be easier with us; we have lots of outdoor space and large car parks. 
NHS Track & Trace 
 
NHS Test and Trace posters are displayed at the front of the venue and throughout the building. We suggest you download the NHS COVID-19 app before you arrive, as this means you can quickly and easily ‘check in’ to our venue by scanning the QR code on your arrival. If you do not have the App, you can download it when you arrive or alternatively a member of staff will take your details so that we can submit these to NHS Test and Trace. 
Food & Drink Service 
 
In line with Government advice we now provide table service for all orders of food and drink. 
 
Our bar will offer last orders between 21:30-45 each night and be closed at 10pm. 
 
Segregated seating in our restaurants will be in operation to help you keep a safe distance from others. 
 
Due to the size of our venue we have many segregated tables capable of seating up to six people both inside the Club House or outside in our Beer Garden. 
 
Join us for a drink or a meal, we can accommodate you safely, comfortably and in pleasant surroundings. 
 
Contactless Service 
 
Our Club is operating as cashless and we encourage contactless payments wherever possible. 
 
Anything deemed non-essential in meeting rooms, bars or the restaurant have been removed, but can still be provided on request, subject to availability.
